memudahkan kami memasak sendiri, lagi menyimatkan.
Venice. Harga tiket kami tempah 3 bulan
lebih awal hanya 9 euro!
Kota Venice amat romantik sekali.
peluang menaiki kereta kabel ke puncak tertinggi German (Top of German)
Zugspitze yang terletak di “kampong” Garmisch-Partenkirchen .
Ketinggian Zugspitze adalah 2,962 metre. Pengalaman
merentasi kampong diselubungi pemaidani
putih. Pengalaman memandu lebuhraya AutoBahn
harganya.
Rata-rata buat kaum lelaki amat teruja berada di dalam Dunia bola EPL & semua liga bola europa...
Untuk wanita kegilaan bershopping branded goods LV..LC..the savings definitely by hundreds but you'll be poorer by the thousands...
For me mengkagumkan dengan ciptaan Alam semulajadi yang sangat memukaukan dengan cuaca yang tak mungkin kita rasai di asia....
Banyak lagi pengalaman yang hendak dicatatkan buat sementara waktu setakat ini sahajalah dulu ok....

Paris 1st day
au revoir Paris the city of luv
The whithered trees fading away down the pavements
Perceived the distance between the steps increase
And then I somehow loved even the violents wind
aahh the Illuminates of Eiffel left me speechless
Flickers among the hazy sunlight and disappears
A whispered phrase in my crowded memories says
"If only until I awake from this dream..."
Our first city PARIS:
26/10/2012
AirFrance flight left singapore at 9.00 pm on the night of Hari Raya Adha.
It was a long haul 13 hours to be exact flight. Occupied with movies/tv/games and others from the inflight console. Muslim meals were served as requested earlier wasn't great but alrite. Uneventful as usual couldnt sleep well.
27/10/2012
Arrived CDG at 6.00 am. We made our way out of the airport by following pple that came out from the same flight as us, was quiet confusing lacking of english signage. Met by our Airbnb host Karim just after the arrival exit after immigration clearance. First impression such a tall guy! He was friendly and quickly brought us to his lodging studio apartment in his Peugoet sport car cool!
Arrived Karim's studio apartment at Republique area Arrond.11 by 10.00 am. After all the formality of setting us in and getting our iphone/ipad wified he left us short. Btw he is a single Parisian born of moroccan descendant and works in Nokia at champ elysee.
By 10.30 am Khairul managed to find his way to the apartment after making his way from Beauvais Airport after landing at 9.00 am from Oslo. We rested and planned for the day's itinerary ahead.
The Republique Metro is just about 5 mins walk away and the getting ourselves familiarised with the surrounding was a breeze.
After rested and homecooked lunch (yes we came stock and barrel with food) we made our way to:
1) Grande Paris Mosquee.
2) Paris Zoo (walked pass by accident)
3) Monde Arabe Center
4) Paris Pantheon
5) Luxembourg Garden

Travelogue Anecdotes
It has been 3 weeks since we came back from the holiday and I'm feeling that I've only 1 foot at home & work reality, while the other foot is stucked back on the plane not wanting to leave.
Struggling with Jetlag for 1 week was hard not able to sleep the whole night long and was in deep zombie by the time after subuh and I would be finally alert after zohor.
Adjusting to my body system clock was hard the eating timing and indigestion set in... seriously after the first hearty meal at tiffany I was vomitting uncontrollably (rest assured its not pregancy thingy thou it scared the hell out of our kids!)
And to top these the workload quickly overtook me its Budgetting time and year end report (Note to self can next year holiday be planned after all these completed not before).
But the most hardest struggle was the realisation set in that its all over. Sad yes. There are still many photos that are constantly being updated online FB and videos. Wish to jot down all the travel anecdotes( while its still fresh) as the memory is my travel bag.
As the saying goes "A journey of a thousand miles must begins with a single steps" the steps that we took will be chronicled here soon.

Travelogue europe
Yes we made it...we went and came back full of sights & sound , wisdoms and experiences of a lifetime.
Most travel is best of all in the anticipation of the remembering but the reality
has more to do with losing your luggage well in my case my Handphone - will relate at a later post.
As you can see above the journey that we embarked. Look at it the map not by the territory. To be able to drift across the continents 11 cities in total from 6 countries the map seemed seamless.
Tourism is a match of stupidity. You are expected to be stupid. You walk around in dazed squinting into fold out maps. You dont know how to talk to pple how to get anywhere....what the currency means....what time it is.....wat to eat or how to eat. But Being Stupid is the pattern the level and the norm. We existed in this level for 3 weeks without dire consequence and we love it. The maps and internet were our ultimate guides iphone and ipad our constant companion always in our arms.
We chose to be traveller not a tourist and we took the DIY approach. Making our own arrangements which packaged into getting lost. Lets put it this way:
"A journey is like marriage. The certain way to be wrong is to think we control it"
by John Steinbeck (he must be a well traveled person) I totally agree to this.

My humble cupcakes made it to big celebrities wedding!
Last weekend was manic - preparation of baking the cuppies were done on 2 days wednesday and friday. Did the buttercream frosting on saturday itself while at the same time the task of doing white jelly shot in a small champagne glass 100 of these was well under way. All in all it took me and the syurgawijr gang to finish packing by 4.00 pm!
So where were those delivered to....stay tune for beautiful white theme romantic wedding photos by the bay.

Purchased locally at sg office Twin Rail Pass for 3 days & Youth pass (MKN) for 4 days. The plan travelling of 5 days from Munich - Frankfurt - Cologne with no firm bookings of accommodations. It will be a "just go" concept (borrowing abg K recent KL trip tag hahaha...).

Syafakallah to self
My persistent coughing has been really worrisome. Since july till now the pattern after cold drinks, morning bath, exposed to direct aircon & even tired will prompt dry cough.
This is not good considering in a month time I'm flying off to colder climate.
So to the doctor I consulted today...suspected of sensitive/weak lungs. With a month supply of tablets to be consumed to strengthen if not eradicate the problem all together. Now I'm poorer by $51 a small price to pay for good health!

Vacation homes
A new dimension in vacationing, what better way to immerse oneself in the unique culture of the country by staying at the comfort of home owners.

Transportations by flight & rail to 2 cities confirmed but no accommodation yet.
Btw got a real bargain for the rail! Had to act fast before sold out....the thing is we
ve not confirmed this route yet but at this price it would not be a pinch if we had to scrap this plan. Also while booking, the date got mix up ending up we're now staying 3D2N here.

Ibu bapa amat mengenali anak2
Telemovie "ayah, kubur emak masih merah lagi" bertepatan betul dgn keadaan semasa sekarang.
Anak2 selalu sahaja memikir mengikut naluri diri sendiri tanpa mengambil kira hati budi seorang ibu/ayah yg senantiasa dahaga kasih sayang dan pengertian.
Sesungguhnya anak2 tak mampu membalas & ibubapa amat mengenali anak2 mereka...
